The project
CALD is a powerful research tool for the study and analysis of legal documents in Arabic. It was developed by the ERC-AdG-project Islamic Law Materialized (ILM), directed by Christian Müller from 2009 to 2013 (http://www.ilm-project.net/). As historical source of primary importance, Arabic deeds are however difficult to read and dispersed all over the world...
